about
Origin story.
TV Queens started as a simple song experiment between Nathan and I. We ran into each other somewhere, I legit can't remember but I bet food was involved, and realized we had the same ambition to get rich by making music. This is a really exciting story, I know.
Somewhere in 2019 before the apocalypse hit, Nate dropped me some demos and I did my thing on this one. The process has naturally shifted over time, but this particular song is uncut Nate, I just did an arrangement for it. My memory is that the first things that got completed were this track and "Beating Humanity" that wound up on the first LP. It all just kind of grew from there and everyone learned to deal with my 80s new wave obsession. I don't remember any of the details beyond that, but they're not important, so take that, dad.
